Passionate About Inspiring Others

Tena Crosby is President and Owner of Fast Track Communication, an organizational development consulting firm specializing in individual and organizational effectiveness.  

 

Tena works with businesses, schools, and government agencies to improve communication, resolve conflict, and develop skills in individuals for improved organizational effectiveness.  

 

Tena provides training on topics such as conflict resolution, time management, team building, communication skills, effective meetings, motivation, mediation, and public speaking - just to name a few.  In addition, Tena works with organizations on issues of organizational development providing services such as retreat facilitation, team building, and other organization development interventions.

Tena worked for eight years with the Snohomish Health District in Everett, Washington as Staff Development Specialist analyzing internal training needs for management and staff and developing training programs to fill those needs.

​

Tena has a degree in Oral and Written Communication from Seattle University and a Master's degree in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University.  

 

Tena has served as a volunteer mediator for the King County Dispute Resolution Center and Director of Chapter Programs for the Puget Sound Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.  Becoming shift manager at her local McDonalds at 15 years old, she has the distinction of being the youngest manager in the history of the McDonald's Corporation.

 

Tena and her husband Robert are home schooling their six children. Tena has coached youth and adults alike. Working with students as young as 3 years old, Tena has created a winning combination of instruction and personalized coaching to assist students to attain success in their public speaking endeavors.
